Keyboard shortcuts
Some keyboard shortcuts when using a Remote Desktop Connection via RDP.

Outlook
If you happen to find yourself receiving the following Outlook error:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.
Here are a couple of things to try:
Run the inbox repair tool SCANPST
Most likely this will be in “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12”
It didn’t work for me, in fact it made things worse.
Start Outlook as follows:
Start → Run → Outlook.exe /resetnavpane
That worked for me.
