Remote Desktop Connection manager is a Microsoft freebie for managing multiple RDP sessions.

For Windows XP it also needs an RDP update (MS KB969085)
(That RDP update also seems to make normal RDP connections using MSTSC a bit more responsive.)

One useful feature - connection properties can be stored at the group level each connection below that can inherit the connection properties and will connect automatically.
